🚩 Reporting a Message
If you encounter inappropriate or abusive behavior:
- Open the chat conversation.
- Long-press the message you want to report.
- Tap “Report Message.”
- Confirm submission of your report.
Reported messages are reviewed through our moderation system.
🚫 Blocking or Removing a Friend
From your Friends list:
- Tap “Unfriend” to remove the user from your friends list.
- Tap “Block” to prevent the user from contacting you.
Blocked users cannot message you.
👤 User Identification
For transparency and accountability, the Friends list displays:
- Full Name
- Username
Usernames are unique identifiers within Lingo Mingle.
🗑 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time.
Option 1 – In-App
Go to:
Profile → Delete Account (at the bottom)
Option 2 – Email Request
Send an email to:
support@lingomingle.com
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
